Third time is a charm

Yes, indeed. I ordered this item but it turned out that only 2 sectors were good and lightened up after I tested out the item. I immediately contacted the company, explained the situation, and the replacement was on its way. However, the replacement did not get all right, as it turned out: all 3 sectors were down and didn't get lightened up at all. My next contact with the company's representative DID go well, however, in spite of all. The 2nd replacement got immediately on its way to me. It arrived yesterday and was tested at once. Now, the THIRD TIME IS A CHARM: Indeed, the item was absolutely perfect and all its sectors were working as they should. Thanks, PLAZMO guys that you agreed to work with me all the way through.
